ONTARIO LAND TRUST ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (OLTAP)
Open for Applications
Deadline: December 19, 2011
The objective of the Ontario Land Trust Assistance Program (OLTAP) is to protect biodiversity and contribute to the long-term environmental health and sustainability of Ontario by supporting the acquisition of ecologically sensitive land by eligible recipients.
OLTAP reimburses eligible recipients for the ancillary costs they incur while protecting Ontario’s biodiversity. OLTAP is a competitive funding program that provides funds to eligible organizations to pay for non-capital costs incurred by eligible recipients while acquiring land interests by way of purchase, donation, bequest, or otherwise.
If you are interested in applying, please contact Kristie Virgoe no later than December 1, 2011. You may contact Kristie at 705-432-8637 or 416-580-7620 or by email at kristie.virgoe@olta.ca.
Please note that properties closing late December or early January can still apply as long as the supporting documentation is submitted by January 18, 2012. For details, contact Kristie.
