OLTA welcomes new Executive Director Thea Silver  

 

 

The first round for the Ontario Land Trust Assistance Program (OLTAP) is now closed. Thank you to all of our applicants for the time spent on their submissions. The response to the 2011/2012 OLTAP was tremendous, and the total funding allocated was $215,000. Stay tuned for more information about the recipients and all the great conservation work this program helps fund. Our sincere thanks to both the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Canada for their generous support of this valued program.  

 

 

The 2011 Canadian Land Trust Conference, hosted in partnership with the Ontario Land Trust Alliance and the Canadian Land Trust Alliance, was a huge success. Over 150 land conservationists met in Kingston, Ontario from September 21 to 23, and spent three days attending field trips, interactive workshops, and networking sessions. Click here to learn more about the conference and find out details for next year's conference.
