Mission Statement
The primary object of the Conservancy shall be to preserve and protect the natural, environmental, historical and cultural heritage of Lake Clear and its environs by:
(a) working in cooperation with all levels of government, other like-minded organizations or agencies, landowners, and other interests in the initiation of projects, and in the acquisition, stewardship, and management of land for purposes of conservation.
(b) supporting on-going educational programs through the production and distribution of materials promoting conservation and the purposes of the Conservancy, and
(c) promoting and encouraging alternative land management techniques by local landowners, and agricultural and industrial interests
