Invitation for Proposals  
OLTAP funding for 2010/2011 totals $140,000. Allocation of this funding will occur through two application windows:
 
November 12, 2010
 
  January 14, 2011
 
Please note that the January application window will only be used if funding is available after the November applications have been dealt with.
